Paola N. Garcia

After over 11 years of working at Nasseri Law Group as a paralegal in pre-litigation and full trial litigation, Paola became an Attorney at Nasseri Law Group. Paola worked full-time while in law school playing a critical role in every personal injury case, including trial preparation and support for trial counsel.

Paola earned her undergraduate degree at Vanguard University of Southern California in Business Administration graduating Cum Laude. She earned her law degree from Western State College of Law graduating with Scholastic Merit, received the Dean’s List honors, and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence.

During her time at Nasseri Law Group, Paola has been instrumental in recovering millions of dollars for our clients. For Paola, there is never too small of a case or too large of a case she can handle. Paola works on each case with the same dedication and professionalism.

Paola is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. She is also fluent in Spanish.
